I had a brilliant experience at the MuzikFermata masterclass last in April. Will Conway is an excellent tutor. His suggestions were always logical, instructive and encouraging, and he allowed us a large amount of freedom in how used ran our own podium time.

All practical matters leading up to and during the class were expertly handled by MuzikFermata director, who was always forthcoming with any information we needed and made us feel comfortable at every stage.

Mention must also be made of the orchestra, who were not only excellent players but generous with us conductors, offering constructive and friendly feedback of their own.

Overall, the weekend was wonderful and I was sad to leave on Sunday evening. I would heartily recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more about conducting, improving their technique, or gaining experience of working with an orchestra.

I cannot recommend the MuzikFermata courses enough. The tuition was exceptional and the players were not only amazingly responsive musically, but also very engaged with the whole process and provided feedback throughout. Over the two days, I felt I had improved immeasurably and left feeling inspired by the whole experience.
